Only once an email sender is configured for this deployment, and only for an account that ticked the email consent and the digest option in its profile. Until then the page says so and the inbox is the channel. Every digest carries a one-click unsubscribe link.
Within minutes of a listing appearing: the feed refreshes every five minutes, and an instant alert is computed in the same run that stored the listing. It is not a live stream.
